One day I would love to put together a family recipe book. My family and my husbands family have some really delicious recipes, some of which I will be sharing with you, but there are others that they won’t even share with me!

For example, Ron (we call him Pa) is a spaghetti expert, his homemade sauce brews all day long and the bites of rib meat melt in your mouth!

Everybody that makes green chile in the family claims their way is the best, including me and I didn’t start making my own green chile until recently!  I have always watched my sister whip a delicious batch right up.  Everyone in both families makes it and they are all good and all slightly different.

Linder’s Red: If you want the best red chile then I have to give a shout out to my mom, Craig gave it the name Linder’s Red so I’ve stuck with that.  It is so good over fried potatoes and ground beef with tortillas on the side.

My Sister is one of the best cooks I know.  I love her Kraut Burgers, Salads, Grilled Veggies, Steaks, and much more.

Grandma P’nuts makes the best homemade noodles and enchiladas. Only thing is I’ve yet to try my hand at either of those dishes but I will someday.

My Sister-in-Law Debbie makes the best meatballs and spaghetti I have ever had.

We also also have a chef in the family! A genuine Swedish chef, he’s my sister in-laws husband, Mats, and everything he makes is 5-star!

And of course there’s my experimental recipes and what I like to call fun recipes like the rainbow layer cake or tie dye cupcakes. Hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
